- Immutable record of every attempt
Capacity and waitlist
Available places determine each registration status
Attendance.coffee confirms while space is available and places later requests on the waitlist. When a cancellation frees a place, it promotes the oldest registration.

Frequently asked questions
What to know before the event
Real capabilities and transparent limits for preparing operations with confidence.
Does the attendee need an account?
No. They register on the public page and view their pass through a private link.
What happens when capacity is full?
If the waitlist is enabled, new registrations wait. A cancellation automatically promotes the oldest one.
Does Attendance.coffee scan QR codes with a phone camera?
Not currently. Access uses a web station that receives the pass credential; there is no native app or integrated camera scanning claim.
Does it work offline?
No. Validation needs a connection to check the pass and record the result securely.
Can it charge for tickets?
Amounts and payment status can be recorded, but Attendance.coffee has no payment gateway.
Does it issue invoices?
No. Invoice.coffee remains the only Suite service that issues invoices.
Can results be exported?
Yes. Events, sessions, registrations, attendees, access and reports export in six formats.
